Longevity Papers is an aggregator of research papers related to aging, longevity, and healthspan extension. I hope this somehow will help researchers and enthusiasts stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
This site works by automatically identifying and analyzing relevant papers from major preprint servers, and has a podcast generated by NotebookLM. We fetch the papers from Arxiv, PubMed, MedRxiv, and BioRxiv, based on certain keywords. The resulting papers are then analyzed by an LLM to determine its relevance to longevity research and potential impact on the field. This helps users quickly identify papers that are most relevant to their interests in aging and life extension research.
Longevity Papers is built by me, Michael Chinen, a software engineer/ML researcher turned longevity investor at Healthspan Capital. As a test for LLM coders, I asked a coding LLM to build me a static site paper aggregator with an interface between reddit and hacker news. It took a bit of review and revision on top of that. Maybe I'll write a blog post about it soon. As a result the site is not anywhere near perfect, but it should be simple. You can contact me at [email protected].
The site may miss or duplicate papers because of the way we fetch them, and the timestamps are not always accurate. As many of the papers are preprint, they are often unreviewed. If you have feedback or ideas to improve the system, please let me know.
Thank you to bioRxiv, medRxiv, PubMed,and arXiv for use of their open access interoperability tools. These preprint servers play a crucial role in the rapid dissemination of scientific research.
Thanks to Nathan Cheng's work from longevitylist.com to longevitymarketcap.com as well as Reason's fightaging.org for the inspiration. Lots of other great longevity sites out there that I should add, but I'm guesing you probably know about them if you're here.
